Stock and Station Conversion Course

This course has been developed in line with NSW Fair Trading requirements for those wanting to apply to add the stock and station category to their existing real estate licence.

Successful completion of the following five units from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Qualification will allow application to add the stock and station category to an existing real estate licence (class 1 or class 2).

• CPPREP4301 Confirm and market livestock for sale
• CPPREP4302 Prepare livestock for sale
• CPPREP4303 Establish vendor and buyer relationships in livestock sale
• CPPREP4304 Complete the sales process - livestock
• CPPREP5311 Develop and maintain rural property market knowledge and intelligence

There are no Pre-requisites required to undertake these units of competency, however, you must hold a current Real Estate Licence with NSW Fair Trading to be eligible to apply to add the stock and station category.
