This course is ideal for anyone looking to begin a career in property.
Upon successful completion of the five required units, you'll be eligible to apply for a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent in real estate/stock and station with NSW Fair Trading. A certificate of registration holder is permitted to work in the property and stock and station industry under direct supervision of a licensee in charge.
The five units of competency making up this course are taken from the Nationally recognised Qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

This course is available through classroom sessions (including online Zoom) or by distance learning at your own paced with up to six months to finish. This is delivered through our online platform where you will be able to log in and keep track of your progress.
NSW Fair have a criteria which applicants must meet to apply for a certificate of registration assistant agent which include:
• be 16 years or over
• have the appropriate education qualifications (this Statement of Attainment)
• not be a disqualified person
• be a fit and proper person
