Do you need a Stock & Station licence?
If you list, market, sell or manage property over 20 Hectares (49.4211 acres to be precise), you will need to hold a stock and station licence or certificate.
If your agency is offering services that include rural property over 20 Hectares, the Licensee in Charge will need to hold a stock and station licence.
Any other agents involved in listing, selling or managing rural property over 20 Hectares will also need to hold a stock and station licence or certificate.
If you hold a current real estate licence, you can add the stock and station category by completing five units of competency from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
If you hold a certificate of registration, you can also add the stock and station category. Training requirements will vary depending on when you obtained your certificate of registration.
