Does your Certificate expire in March 2024?

  All Certificates of Registration are issued for 4 years. If you were a Certificate holder prior to the property industry reforms in March 2020, you would have been transitioned to an Assistant Agent and will need to complete the full qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and apply for your Class 2 Licence PRIOR to  22^nd March 2024.

If you have only been completing the minimum training required for CPD, you may still have 6-7 units left to complete prior to March.

Please do not leave it until the last minute…If you fail to apply for your Class 2 Licence before March, you will be excluded from working in the industry for 12 months.
